Who we are

Aigentcy Ltd is an AI automation agency based in Malta. For any question about your information, email info@aigentcy.com.

What we collect

  • The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, work email, company and what you want to automate.
  • The page you sent the form from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed to reach it.
  • Technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and secure the site. We record your country, and we do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposal.
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse.
  • To understand which pages, ads and campaigns bring enquiries.

Sending the form does not sign you up to any mailing list.

We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you sent us and in keeping the site secure, and on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

We do not sell or rent your information. Our hosting provider runs the site and its form, an email delivery provider sends your enquiry to our team inbox, and Google receives the ad measurement described under cookies. They act on our behalf and only for the purposes above. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, it relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

These pages use the Google tag, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure which ads bring enquiries. It sets advertising and measurement cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until you accept, Google receives a signal without cookies when a page is viewed or an enquiry is sent, and nothing is used to personalise ads. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the foot of each page.

Your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice are stored in your browser and never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond, follow up, meet our legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@aigentcy.com. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
